| Adult Art Classes 1-DAY WORKSHOPS These are classes held at your location. You choose the theme, the duration...and your classmates! Themes and media are upon request, such as the class listed below, clay sculpture, printmaking and more. I bring most of the art supplies, covers for the working surface, aprons, and lots of inspiration. These 1-day workshops are available year round weekdays and weekends, all you need to do is gather a group of friends (4 minimum) and provide a table and chairs. | Class Sample INTUITIVE MIXED MEDIA (18+) You will spend this workshop exploring a variety of ways to express thoughts, feelings and themes in your artwork, or use the techniques learned to explore materials intuitively. I will demostrate a variety of techniques using acrylic paint, papers, water-soluble pastels, graphite, charcoal and other media, while introducing some exercises to "jump start" your imagination. This class will inspire self-expression and personal style as you practice letting go of the need to control the outcome of your work, instead creating for the pleasure of the process. You can work on canvas board, wood panel, or watercolor paper. Finished pieces may include collage faces, abstract grids, and semi-abstract landscapes.
