| What is My Arts Studio? My Arts Studio is a mobile arts studio offering Developmental Art Programs for children ages 3-5 and Fine Arts instruction to children ages 6-11. The art curriculum includes instruction in the areas of drawing, painting, clay sculpture and printmaking. My Arts Studio provides lessons that are challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas and individuals. Year-round art classes are offered, as well as seasonal art camps, creative art parties and programs for school groups, scout troops,and more! |
| Mission Statement To encourage children of all ages to develop their full creative potential by providing art experiences through nurturing, educational,fun hands-on art lessons. Developmental Art Programs (ages 3-5) These programs are geared toward accumulating skills that will be important for future intellectual accomplishments, such as: eye-hand coordination, fine motor skills, problem solving, awareness of cause and effect, proportion, and other. In a developmental art program, children develop the self-esteem that comes with accomplishment, the imagination that comes with experimentation, and the motor control that comes with practice. Fine Art Programs (ages 6-11) These lessons for children ages 6-11, introduce concepts geared toward the understanding of art and the creating process, while developing skills in specific areas. All of the lessons will introduce children to any or all of the following: The elements of art & principles of design, master artists, specific art techniques (use of charcoal, acrylics, clay, and other media) and art history. |

| Art classes are held in the convenience of your own home, at various community centers throughout Orange County, the Huntington Beach Art Center and at the Orange County Fine Arts studios at the South Coast Village (across from South Coast Plaza) |
